Craig Nevius tells People magazine early Monday that the 62-year-old “Charlie’s Angels” star, who was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006, was hospitalized because of a blood clot that was likely a side effect of treatment she recently had in Germany.

“Tonight, Farrah has hope, and she hopes that others will continue to hold onto theirs,” Nevius told the magazine.

The hospitalization was first reported by RadarOnline.com. Nevius, who says he is speaking on Fawcett’s behalf, declined comment to The Associated Press on Saturday and did not return messages left Sunday.

Fawcett’s doctor, Lawrence Piro, tells People that Fawcett had abdominal bleeding and a hematoma while undergoing aggressive alternative cancer treatments in Germany.

Bruce Willis has tied the knot for the second time.

The actor’s publicity agency, Rogers & Cowan, says in a statement Sunday that the 54-year-old Willis married Emma Heming in a small, private ceremony at his home in Parrot Cay in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

The couple met through mutual friends more than a year ago.

This is the first marriage for Heming, a 30-year-old model/actress.

Guests included Willis’ three daughters from his first marriage to actress Demi Moore: Rumer, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah Belle, 14, as well as Moore, and her husband, actor Ashton Kutcher.

Beverly Hills police say an arrest warrant has been issued for actress Lindsay Lohan and they believe it involves her 2007 drunken driving conviction.

Police Sgt. Mike Foxen said Saturday that a court issued the warrant on Friday but he said he didn’t have any details. He says police had not yet contacted the actress.

Lohan’s publicist and lawyer didn’t immediately return calls seeking comment Saturday.

Lohan pleaded guilty or no contest to DUI and cocaine charges after she crashed her Mercedes into a tree in Beverly Hills in 2007 and later chased the mother of an acquaintance into Santa Monica in an SUV.

She could go to jail if she violates any terms of her three-year probation, such as failing to have a drug test or meet with her probation officer.

Anne Heche has finalized her divorce from cinematographer husband Coleman “Coley” Laffoon.

The two have been legally separated since December 2006. They married in September 2001 and split due to irreconcilable differences.

According to documents filed Monday at Los Angeles Superior Court, Heche and Laffoon will share custody of their 7-year-old son Homer when both parents are in Los Angeles.

The retro-soul singer was charged with assault Thursday for allegedly attacking a fan at an end-of-summer ball in London on Sept. 26, police and the singer’s representative said.

Dancer Sherene Flash had been quoted by tabloid newspapers as saying she was hit in the eye by the 25-year-old “Back to Black” singer after asking to take her picture at the Berkeley Ball, a charity function held in central London’s Berkeley Square.

Spokesman Chris Goodman said Friday that Winehouse went voluntarily to the police station, where she was arrested and charged. She’s been released and is due to appear in court on March 17, police said.

Winehouse’s battles with addiction and frequent run-ins with the law have been highly publicized. She was fined for illegally possessing marijuana in Norway in 2007, and her drug problems have been front page news in Britain, where she was pictured puffing on what appeared to be a crack pipe last year.

She also got a police warning in April of last year after scuffling with two men during a night out on the town in Camden, a young and raucous north London neighborhood known for its music scene — and drug culture.

Winehouse, who has been in and out of rehab, has recently returned from an extended break in the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, reportedly to help her recover her from her fast-living lifestyle.

She recently left party-happy Camden for the more sleepy Hadley Wood area of Enfield, a borough in London’s far north. The alleged assault took place before Winehouse’s vacation and move to quieter quarters.

 A jury convicted pop singer Boy George Friday of falsely imprisoning a male escort.

Norwegian Audun Carlsen had alleged he was restrained with handcuffs by the musician at the singer’s London apartment on April 28, 2007.

Carlsen, 29, also accused the former Culture Club frontman of swinging a metal chain at him as he fled the singer’s flat after a naked photo shoot.

Boy George, who was tried under his real name George O’Dowd, admitted he handcuffed Carlsen while he investigated alleged tampering with his home computer. The singer said he believed Carlsen had removed photos of himself that were taken by the singer when the two met previously.

Jurors saw photos of welts on Carlsen’s head and injuries to his arm, which he said had been inflicted by O’Dowd, 46. O’Dowd said he couldn’t account for the injuries.

The ’80s icon was released on bail following the verdict. He is due to be sentenced Jan. 16.

Judge David Radford indicated jail was a real possibility for the singer. “This is a case where custody is the more likely option,” Radford said.

It’s not the singer’s first brush with the law. Two years ago, he was ordered to do community service in New York — sweeping streets— after pleading guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his lower Manhattan apartment. The officers who responded found cocaine instead.

Ryan O’Neal and his son have delayed entering pleas in their felony drug cases until after the new year. The Oscar-nominated actor and his son appeared in court Thursday morning, where attorneys asked a judge for more time to review evidence. The 67-year-old actor and his 23-year-old son were ordered to return on Jan. 9.

They were arrested in September when Los Angeles sheriff’s deputies did a routine parole check on Redmond O’Neal, who was staying at his father’s Malibu home.

O’Neal, 67, was nominated for a best actor Academy Award for 1970’s “Love Story”. Redmond, 23, is his son from a relationship with Farrah Fawcett.

The actor’s attorney has denied the drugs belonged to his client.

Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a prescription medication near Santa Barbara, Calif. on Saturday afternoon. The Associated Press reports that the former Melrose Place star was stopped by an officer after a resident reported seeing her leave a parking lot driving erratically. The officer spotted Locklear parked on a state highway, blocking a lane of traffic, and after speaking to her, deterimined she was under the influence. She was taken to the police station, tested for drugs and alcohol, and booked for driving under the influence of a prescription medication. She was later released.

There were rumors that the two were fighting on set and they both apparently agreed to call off a sex scene because they couldn’t stand one another.

A friend of Reese’s told OK! mag that she described Vince as “the biggest child I’ve ever met!”

The friend dishes, “Promoting a movie involves long hours, and she’ll have to spend a lot of time with someone who gets under her skin.”

“Reese is professional — she’ll grit her teeth, fake a smile and pose for pictures, but she’s not looking forward to it.”
